So I'm happy being a Yankee, an American, and a New Yorker. I don't need someone saying it's a bad thing just because right now America isn't that popular. It's not my fault that Bush came along and decided to start this very unpopular (even with the Americans) war in Iraq I certainly didn't vote for the guy (I may be Irish, but I wasn't drunk THAT day) I'm not to blame for what someone who doesn't want to listen to reason is doing to my country even though I do vote proudly.

Yes, fine America isn't perfect, but news flash, no country is. It is not conceivable to have a Utopian society. Every country has issues

Okay there are some spoilers since a friend and I watched the Winx Club movie last night. Bloom and Sky got engaged. So after downing the pepto and drinking cans of ginger ale I went online to check out Michael's Winx Site (Michaelsfavorites.com pretty much the go to for everything Winx Club) and checked out the news. He heard about it at the 2008 licensing show last week in New York City. The fourth season comes out in 2009 in Italy where Winx Club originated.

So, now that this is said and done I have to have my little rant. For the past three years I've watched Winx Club and I've been able to get the RAI version. So I am really petrified to see what 4Kids will do to the movie and to the 4th season. Also do we really need a 4th season of Bloom and Sky and the Trix? Because that seems to be the only thing that Iginio Straffi wants to give fans. It's like forget about the other characters we just need them for back ground.

Okay yeah I do still watch Winx Club, but I hate how the whole show turned out to be nothing but an overly emo mary sue named Bloom, her sparkly friends and a bunch of guys who are nothing but arm candy. It's really quite sad. No wonder there are so many fanfic writers (including Spy46 and Jsi Spitz)have to get creative and give the male and female characters some background. Because no one else really got around to it. Yes we know that Stella's parents are divorced. Musa's mom died from some disease (and that Melody doesn't have national health care) and Layla's parents enjoy the old fashioned method of arranged marriage. But what about Riven's family, or Brandons? Or even Tecna's? Would that have been too much to ask? I mean didn't Signor Straffi think that viewers would get tired of seeing Bloom run home when something went wrong three years in a row?

I'm torn. I would like to see the 4th season of Winx Club. But I'm pretty sure that it's going to follow the path of the other 4 seasons and be more of Bloom being Emo. So that means that the fanfic writers with brains (not the ones who think Bloom is the greatest- unless you take into consideration the fact that she's very stubborn and at least got a partial enchantix by working really hard.

And now I'm going to get off my soap box and go talk to my boyfriend because he's going off to college soon. Hope all you all liked my rant

Well as of tomorrow I will officially have Spy46 AKA Lee in my possesion, then I'll make him draw!

Oh and I have made 91$ on Ebay selling two Winx dolls. That should make a dent in my gas bill.

And Friday I'll be visiting another friend of ours and I'll have my new Tecna doll so I can do my newest Winx Fan art. I have an idea of how to explain why there isn't gonna be a season 4, but to do it I need to have all my dolls and i don't want to use the Enchantix ones. No, I'll need the others including maybe the ones that my 3 year old destroyed.

I have to keep reminding one lady that I did infact give her a bath every morning. Yeah how many people get to say that about their jobs? I'm sure not too many people have to say that to their co-workers. Unless of course you're a home health aide.

I have a new lady and I was told not to bring alcohol to the pt's home. Damn their goes my idea of having a few martinis before heading home for the night.

And it's just over two weeks until Lee gets here. Wee!!

Hey, I have no real notion of a well thought out entry, so you'll read this and deal

Good news: My car didn't crap out until I'd managed to put in 2 hours at work yesturday

Bad news: My car crapped out AT work and I had to wait until 2:30PM to get it towed, it's going to need a new fuel pump which is about 550$ including work and it might not be done until later this afternoon so I'm missing more hours

Good News: My parents will put the bill on their credit card and I have to pay them instead of going broke. VNS is calling my references

Bad News: Someone typed in my friend's number wrong and it came up as disconnected.

Good news: It's not disconnected. Oh and I plan on drawing some more so when I can finally figure out where my scanner is I'll have some new stuff up
